Cake Toppers

Here is an illustration I did recently that was printed onto fondant and placed on a birthday cake made by Cake-a-doodle Tu.

Pen and digital.

Illustration and cake collide!

Be sure to visit Cake-a-doodle Tu's Facebook page to see more excellent cakeage.

News Time

Trying out (with a new pen) a slightly different look for Petunia sketch in prep for the second 'mini' issue.

My good pal and oft collaborator, T'sao Wei, is raising printing funds for his excellent new series Windrush on Indiegogo. You can find out more by going to www.indiegogo.com/windrush.

Black Hand Clan Page 2

Page two is up with a little bit more on who the Black Hand Clan are. For the time being updates will on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Black Hand Clan

Head here:

And read the first page of The Black Hand Clan, a comic I did with the endlessly talented Thuc-Chinh To.

Don't forget, Petunia Rascal continues to update every Friday.

Tenderbox-remix

Re-coloured version of the Tenderbox strip that appeared on Spiralling.

So what's been going on lately? Quite a bit in fact.

First off, a two page comic entitled We Three at Sea by T'sao Wei and myself was part of this years Adventures in Comics 2 exhibition and its companion anthology.  You can see our strip on the Marine Studios Blog.

T'sao Wei was at the London Super Comic Convention last weekend with the début of his new series, Windrush.   Here's a preview (minus lettering) and below are the front and back covers that I did the colours for.

Also in Windrush is a promo image for a new Spiralling short that I'm working on.

The first page should be up within a couple of weeks.

Read Rascal Comics

Starting yesterday and continuing every Friday you will be able to read a page a week from the first Petunia Rascal comic on Smackjeeves:
